"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

When you go to a person's main page, just under the membership info, about a quarter of the way down the page there is a bar across the page that lists general, gallery, journal, activity, send note, and + devwatch. You click on DevWatch there.
Also when you want to +Favourite a picture open the drawing. Underneath it you'll see a copyright fine line and under that are 4 options: the 3rd one is a + sign with a star. Thats the Favourite option button. Click on that and the image will be added to your fav list.
